Return Policy

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable and except for any products categorically designated as non-returnable herein, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within three days of delivery, as designated by the carrier tracking status, and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must contact us using the contact details provided below and provide your name, order number, and reason for return. We will review your return request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") if we approve the requested return. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA issued in writing by us.

Categorically non-returnable products include custom pieces, pieces with any changes or add-ons services, purchases made using a discount code, any presale or final sale pieces, any pieces no longer in their original condition, and any purchases made in studio.  

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a $175 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund total.

Refunds are processed within approximately five to ten business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
