Shipping Info
Please allow 2-4 business days for your item to be shipped. It is our top priority to ship as quickly as possible because we understand the excitement. USPS is our shipping method and DHL for international orders. Shipments will be insured only at the request of and at the expense of the customer so please contact us in advance if this is something you’re wanting. You will receive tracking information as soon as your purchase has processed. If something unusual is showing on your tracking, please contact us. Daydream Wig Studio is not responsible for any damage, loss or error/delays from the carrier. When the item has left our studio we are no longer liable for any error in the transit. Once you receive your order, please inspect it to insure the item is correct.
International Orders
Receiver is responsible for any Duty, Customs or Import charges. All additional charges based on the the Receiver’s country are out of our control and the sole responsibility of the Receiver.
Damage & Issues
Contact us immediately at brandi@daydreamwigstudio.com if item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy
Please contact us at brandi@daydreamwigstudio.com if you’re needing to return your purchase. Please provide your name and order number and from there you will be given further instructions. Our return policy states that all wigs and toppers are refundable unless stated otherwise. Returns must be in transit back to us within 3 days of receiving the item. The date begins on the day the carrier tracking states ‘delivered.’ The item must be returned in its original state with no alterations to the piece. If the piece has been modified in any way, the return will no longer be accepted. Return any accessory items that comes in the package. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or error in the return. It is the buyers responsibility for the return package to arrive safely back to us.
Non returnable items include purchases that have been made using a discount code, presale item or any final sale items stated. Customized pieces are also non returnable. If any changes or add-on services are made to the piece such as haircuts or any alterations, this makes the item final sale and non refundable. If the lace has been cut or item is damaged, any visible wear or hair products used makes the item non returnable. In studio purchases are final sale. No exceptions.
By purchasing from Daydream Wig Studio, you are agreeing to the return policy stated.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the piece to insure no alterations have been made. From there we will initiate the refund. There will be a flat rate $175 restocking fee automatically deducted from your refund total. A restocking fee is priced to cover any transaction fees and prepping the piece to be relisted for sale. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to state in your banking account. Any refund delays may be due to your financial banking institution and you must contact them directly.
